Ok you guys, we all know how much everyone loves brunch and with Mother's Day coming up soon I wanted to come up with an easy breakfast idea that would look as good as it tastes. So I'm pretty excited to share with you a little bagel bar brunch idea today.

When we got our new Crux 4-Slice Toaster I was so excited that it had large enough slots to fit bigger pieces of bread like bagels or even sweet potato toast! And the best part is, it even has a bagel setting so it makes sure to toast those babies to perfection. I thought a bagel bar would be fun because everyone can make theirs exactly how they want and there is something for everyone. I got two different kinds of bagels for variety then gathered all the fresh veggies, whipped cream cheese with chives, and fresh avocado because who doesn't love some #avocadotoast. I also made some fried eggs to layer on top of the bagels as well as hard-boiled ones. Then you can just top it all off with some fresh squeezed orange juice and you have yourself a successful brunch. And if you're looking for a good gift idea for Mother's Day then I think this toaster would be a great present because it's always fun to get something new for your kitchen - especially something that is so pretty you don't have to hide it in your cabinets when you're not using it. Just sayin.
