You know when you have to bring an appetizer to a party and you rack your brain trying to think of something that will be a crowd pleaser? Well my go-to dish is this hot and yummy spinach dip that no one can resist. I have been making it for lots of holiday parties lately. I know there are so many recipes out there, but this one really is fool proof and a perfect combo of all the ingredients. You can also serve veggies to dip in it instead of bread or chips for a little healthier version. Bon appetite!
1 10oz package frozen chopped spinach
2 cans artichoke hearts
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 cup freshly grated parmesan
1 cup grated pepper jack cheese
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a casserole dish with nonstick spray.
Heat the spinach in a microwave oven on high for 5 minutes and squeeze dry. Drain the artichoke hearts and coarsely chop in a food processor.
Combine all ingredients except the jack cheese in a large bowl. Stir Well. Scrape into the prepared casserole dish and sprinkle the jack cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with bagel chips, baguette slices, or tortilla chips.
