Earlier this spring, I had the fun opportunity to go to a swim fitting at Tommy Bahama at The Grove here in LA and be fitted by one of their swimsuit experts for this beach season. It was perfect timing because I've been looking for a new swimsuit to wear while I've been pregnant, and even though they don't technically carry maternity wear at their store, I ended up finding a couple of really cute suits that work great with a growing belly. The quality is really nice with all of their swimsuits which is important because we get a lot of wear out of ours here and you want something that is going to last you over time and not look faded, stretched out, or worn. The lycra material that this suit is made out of resists the chemical effects of chlorine so it will keep its shape a lot longer than other suits - just another great feature I love. The staff at the store was so helpful in pointing out all these great features to me and helped me feel totally comfortable in trying everything on. And even though it terrifies me to be seen in public in a swimsuit while pregnant, at least I'm beach ready with the cute coverup and swimsuits they have at Tommy Bahama for the season. There are lots of cute new arrivals so be sure to check them out to get ready for all those summer trips coming up.
