Beach Yoga with Lululemon
As much as I love a good run or an intense bike ride, I always love the relaxing and calmness that yoga brings, and it feels so good to stretch. So, for my second part of living the Sweat Life with Lululemon, I took one of my favorite activities outdoors. The best spot to do yoga is on the beach because you just can't beat the views.
