Modern Nursery Design for Baby Boy
I've got nursery designs on the brain right now with our baby boy arriving in a few short weeks and since I'm not designing an entirely new room for him, but rather just making a few changes to the nursery Liam had - I thought I'd share what I'm loving for a neutral room if I were to design a complete new one. I love working with a soft palette that could be gender neutral if you needed it to be and with items in it that can work for a girl or boy in the future. I picked a wallpaper that would work as an accent wall because I always love adding some in when I can and that's what is in our nursery right now. There is one accent wall of wallpaper behind where the crib stands with wood paneling all around the lower half of the walls. I love the modern feel of this furniture paired with the brass lighting and natural textures in the toy baskets and fig leaf tree stand. Hope this room gives you some inspiration if you are looking to design a nursery space for your own little one. It's a room where we spend a lot of time in as the parent, so you might as well make it somewhere beautiful that you enjoy to be in.
