Get Fit For A New Year
With a new year and new goals, almost all of us have fitness as a top priority for the new year so I have gathered up some of my favorite workout gear that can be used everyday and a few key workout items that are affordable to have a little gym at your house. As a mom, I know what it's like to not have time to make it to the gym and sometimes all you have is a half hour to dedicate to some exercise to keep yourself sane and feel like you are working your muscles. I also included a workout at the bottom that doesn't require a treadmill or any other cardio equipment, just your body and a few small items to give yourself a great workout in a short amount of time. I hope this helps in reaching your get fit goals for the new year.
