20 Week Baby Bump Update
Today marks 20 weeks of growing this sweet little baby boy inside of me and officially makes me halfway through this pregnancy. Even though it feels like I have been pregnant for a long time and my body hasn't felt quiet normal for awhile, the time is really going by fast. I feel like the busy holiday season is starting and before we know it, it will be time for this babe to make his arrival. I'm sure a lot of it is having two other children to take care of during this pregnancy so I don't have all of my time occupied by it or that since I've been through this before every single things is not brand new to me. It's crazy how much faster changes happen to your body when it's the third time around like your belly stretching out quicker, boobs getting bigger faster and I've already been having trouble getting comfortable sleeping at night, plus getting up to go to the bathroom and then having to get a glass of water doesn't help much either. But I know I don't have too much to complain about because I haven't been throwing up at all, even though I get that nauseous feeling in the mornings. Pregnancy fatigue pretty much consumed me the entire first trimester and I am just feeling my energy pick up the past couple weeks. The only thing I've been figuring out how to deal with is these bad headaches that I get while I'm pregnant. I know they are really common during pregnancy and they seem to be getting better since I've been trying to go to sleep earlier and drink more water. But even with all the craziness of pregnancy and feeling like I'm walking around in a fat suit everyday, being able to carry this baby and adding a new addition to our little family is my greatest blessing. I love being a mom so much even though it can be so challenging some days. The love I have for these little people of mine is beyond words and I feel like the luckiest woman in the world to get the chance to be their mom and watch them grow up everyday. I just keep praying for a safe delivery of this new baby and that he'll be healthy - that's really all I could ever hope for. I can't wait to meet him and get to snuggle and love on him all day. A newborn babe really is having a piece of heaven in your home.

I also love making a morning routine because when I have my day written out the night before I feel like it goes so much smoother, then I know what needs to be done for everyone so we all thrive. It’s also important to find moments throughout your day where you can take a moment to yourself even if it’s just going out for a walk or if you can plan a girls night where you can be out doing something fun with friends then take that opportunity because it will fill up your cup so that you can then serve others better. I’ve gone on a couple of hikes this past week with some different girlfriends and it feels so amazing to get out in some beautiful scenery and take a break from everything.
Our days are getting numbered here in California and we’ve been trying to squeeze in any favorite spots that we can and order take-out from all of our must-have places since we can’t go in to all of them. We spent a day in Huntington Beach where the kids had so much fun in the sand, it felt amazing. They even got to play with their cute little cousin, Ivan. Since all of our beaches and trails have been shut down for the past two months, it feels like the greatest things to dip our toes in the ocean again
