As we are wrapping up 2015, I have to keep up my yearly tradition of looking back on what this past year has brought. It was such an amazing year with our sweet little Liam joining our family, but it was also a year of new challenges. The end of pregnancy with a busy toddler to chase around was definitely hard at times and learning how to juggle two kids without any close family around to help often can be a struggle. But I know this season of our life will be gone before we know it and being a mom to these two amazing babies is the greatest gig in the world.
| JANUARY |
Kicked off the New Year with a party at my cousins house and then a party with the Hale Family
Celebrated the 1 year blog Anniversary of West Coast Capri
Found out the exciting news that we were expecting a baby Boy!!
Had lots of fun beach days with friends, walks along the beach, and Disneyland days where Capri met Anna & Elsa
I went on a trip to Hawaii with Capri where we met my Nana and parents
| FEBRUARY |
I met Lauren Conrad at an event for her collaboration with Rifle Paper
Had an amazing Valentine's Date with the husband [hair appointment, sushi dinner, dessert, massages, and movie]
Adam's parents came to visit us and celebrate Adam's birthday
We got our bike trailor and started our Saturday tradition of morning bike rides along the beach to get Paradise Bowls

Had fun with friends at the Kidspace Children's Museum
I threw a Baby Boy Shower for my friend Ashley
We took Capri on a date night to see the movie Cinderella
Spent more days at Disneyland and went to the Santa Anita Horse Races
Had fun Sunday night campfire dinners with friends
| APRIL |
Took Capri to the Easter Egg hunt at rec park
Went to a Dodger's Game
I went up to San Francisco for a girls trip with the Hale Family
I turned 28 years old and had a fun day with breakfast in bed, going to the dry bar, dinner at Bottega Louie, and seeing the musical Cinderella
Our sweet Capri turned 2 years old with a picnic in the park fit for a princess
| MAY |
Took a trip to Utah for two weddings, our nephews baby blessing, and to spent time with family before baby boy arrives
Celebrated our Anniversary a month late with a weekend stay at The Grand America where we spent our wedding night
Went up to Underwood Farms for Strawberry Picking
Started Potty Training Capri
Spent lots of days at the beach with my baby bump
Adam left for a week to Seattle on a boys trip with the Hale family

Capri started taking Dance classes
I took Capri to get her first haircut
My friends in my church threw me a Baby Shower
We had a ward talent show at our church and Adam busted out his beat boxing skills
My sister Lindsay and her family came to visit us
We spent a fun night at The LACMA and The Grove
Had lots of days swimming and going to get a mani/pedi with Capri

My parents came to spend the 4th of July with us and meet baby Liam
Liam was born on July 6th!!
We spent time at Terrenea Resort
Had a newborn photo session as a family of four in our home
| AUGUST |
Went on our first family hike up Topanga Canyon
Had a picnic by the Pier in Santa Monica
Spent a fun day in Malibu
Went to the OC Fair, Anaheim Packing District, and Newport Beach
Liam had his first trip to Disneyland
Took a weekend trip to Palm Springs
| SEPTEMBER |
Had a beach bonfire with friends
Spent a night out with girlfriends at Disneyland
Took a trip to Utah for Liam's Baby Blessing and Utah games, Salt Lake Temple, swimming, canyon cookouts, Park City, Boating & the Aquarium]

Went pumpkin picking and let Capri paint them
Spent a day at the Long Beach Aquarium
Had a fun day at the farm for picking fresh produce, pumpkins, the corn maze, and petting zoo
My cousin Joey came to visit us and spent the day at Disneyland with our two Minnie's
Took Capri Trick-or-Treating and won First Place at our ward Chili Cook-off

Had our family Christmas Card photos taken
Spend lots of days at the park and Capri learning to ride her scooter
Went to Utah for Thanksgiving at Stein Erikson with the Hale family
Took a family vacation to the beach in Florida for Papa Jon's 60th birthday
Went to the town tree lighting, had bowling date with friends, and more campfire dinners with s'mores
| DECEMBER |
Had a fun time at Disney on Ice with friends watching Frozen
Went to the Marina Del Ray lighted boat parade
Got in the Christmas Spirit at our ward Creche Festival
Took the kids to meet Santa at The Grove for our annual photo
Saw our favorite Christmas lights at Candy Cane Lane
Went to Adam's work party themed Deutsch Chalet
Celebrated Christmas early with the kids before driving to Utah
Spent the holidays in Utah with family decorating Gingerbread houses, seeing Santa, going to Temple Square, The Grand, making cookies, eating at our favorite restaurants, seeing The Nutcracker, Sledding, Cross-Country Skiing, Snow-shoeing, met our new nephew baby Quinn, Ice Skating, Playdates with friends, and the Midway Ice Castles
